Dr. Johnnie Rucker is first and foremost a believer in Jesus the Christ. He is the husband of one beautiful wife Vizcaya and a father to two amazing girls. He is a native of Kansas City, Ks where his life's training began. Dr. Rucker learned how to survive gang culture and oppressive systems. His Grandmother would tell him," Johnnie there is good in you", and upon hearing these words Dr. Rucker would later attribute these words as the catalyst of change and development in his life. 

Dr. Rucker graduated top 10 in his high school class from J.C.Harmon High School. At the age of 18 he joined the United States Marine Corp to serve his country and to further develop himself as a man. It was in the military when Dr. Rucker first had a real encounter with God and that day changed his life forever. 

After serving 4 years honorably, in 2013 Dr. Rucker started his degree path in Biblical Studies and finished in 2018 with his first Doctorate Degree from North Carolina College of Theology. In 2020 Dr. Rucker and his family transitioned to Tampa, Fl where he completed his double Doctorate in Theology at Tampa Baby Bible College. 

Currently Dr. Rucker is an anointed vessel who speaks around the country in various engagements teaching men and women how to govern themselves in the faith and how to be financially free through financial advising. Today, his voice can be heard through several media outlets, podcast of his own accord and platforms where he focuses on his God given proficiencies; Biblical teaching, Christian Counseling and Financial Coaching.

Vizcaya Rucker is a real estate agent who specialize in commercial real estate, residential and investment properties. She thrive on sharing knowledge in real estate acquisitions, renovations, leaseholds, Buyer/Seller power and franchise business opportunities. Her passion is driven to empowering women in finding their passions and helping them achieve their goals in business. Before real estate, Vizcaya has extensive experience in other notable careers such as serving in the United States Marine Corps. After traveling outside of the country she returned home to launch a career in personal training.

Currently, she is also the co-owner of a remodeling company, Faithworks Floors & More where we take homes from studs to market.

Outside of my real estate career, she is a dedicated mother of two and wife of 11 years. As a next generation Real Estate Agent her vision is to look forward to planting her flag in the industry while simultaneously elevating other as fellow entrepreneurs.
