Founder and senior pastor at Perfecting Faith Church (PFC) based in Freeport, New York. He served as assistant pastor under Bishop Marvin Winans at Perfecting Church in Detroit, Michigan for over a decade. He was ordained and sent to plant a church in 2001. The church opened its doors with only 200 members. Today the church’s growth has reached over 3,000 members. Pastor McClurkin is a prolific preacher that is committed to spreading The Good News in the Bible globally.

In addition, Pastor McClurkin is a world-renowned gospel artist with 3 Grammys, 10 Steller Awards and countless others to his notable accomplishments. In 2019, He received the Founders Award for Lifetime Achievement at the NAACP Image Awards for his trailblazing and transformative music and ministry.
